Authentic Mexican food and great margaritas

Saturday night about 6:00 pm. Got Margaritas and we each got a burrito. I got a veggie one and my husband got a steak one. Both very delicious. The steak one was incredibly tender and flavorful, veggie one had plenty of broccoli, onion, and peppers. Both served with a generous portion of beans and rice. Wonderful, friendly staff. Had live music that was incredible! Wow the vocal cords on this guy!! We both felt great afterwards, as some places will leave our stomachs not feeling so hot. We will for sure be back. Thank you all for being authentic. Keep doing what you are doing.

Service was great they served yellow rice w beans & the beans were watery and the enchiladas were thin and soggy. What was nice is they opened our lunch w soap & tortilla chips w salsa definitely not West Coast Mexican food but were in East coast of south Florida and we will come back again to do dinner.

Had the beef and the chicken fajitas. Wonderful. The homemade chips were thin and crisp. The onions caramelized perfectly. The meat took it up for added sweetness.

Good food good prices

I ordered the super nachos and received 9 tortilla chips.

I had the Stuffed Poblano pepper with a side of rice & beans and it was very tasty and filling.

Great food. Fresh taste with local ingredients. Try the pancake.

I just moved from chicago tried this place because of all the 5star reviews. My advice is never eat the good this nowhere near as close to authentic Mexican food, I am not here to troll or be mean this is not good food to eat I couldn't even eat this. The chicken I ordered literally looked and tasted like it was picked from a rotisserie chicken and there was way too much cheese not even real mexican cheese it tasted like Kraft mozzarella and not to mention the sauce was not real or authentic it was creamy more like a gravy. The presentation of the food was deceiving through online pictures. I understand if you have lived here your entire life and ate this restaurant thinking it was authentic please do your body a favor and take it off your favorite place to eat. Oh yea the rice literally tasted like it was a box of rice aroni .

Love this place! Such delicious food and quick service depending on how busy they are but they're worth the wait! Oh and the margaritas are a must

My food was just okay. I ordered skirt streak. My friend didn't like her arroz con pollo. There was live entertainment for an authentic experience. Paper straws is a plus, but the place is a little grungy. Not sure I'd try this place again.

Everyone should have one of those places, one of those places you always know you can get a good inexpensive meal and have fun with your friends... This restaurant has been that for me and my friends for 20 plus years!

Finally a place that has super nachos and hard shell tacos. Sooo good

This Mexican restaurant was a jewel to find. And the food was AMAZING. It’s not easy to find a good restaurant like this but the food and service was perfect!! I left very happy! Thank you for having us Jalisco family!

Mexican restaurant but they don’t have mezcal. The quesadilla was decent and $7, the free chips were good but I don’t think I’ll be back.Worth getting a quick meal here if you are in the area but don’t go out of your way.

Really good hole in the wall place for Mexican style food. When I visited it wasn't busy. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I came there for lunch and was so impressed! The chips are golden brown and served with two delicious homemade salsas! I also ordered cheese dip and was thoroughly impressed by it’s consistency & flavor. The chimichanga with the south of the border sauce was absolutely exceptional! Very Very reasonably priced!

A huge blob of hairy dust from the a/c vents above dripped directly on my plate of fod right in front of the server! 😲 I picked it off with my fork and she asked if I'm still going to eat it😂 then offered to bring me a plate of beans and rice which were the effected portions of the plate

This plays always has good food and the prices are fair. Two for one margaritas on Tuesday night. Live music on Saturday night. There is a bar that seats about 10 people. There is a TV. Free parking in attached lot.

Being a native Texan, I’ve been nervous to try Mexican or Tex-Mex since moving to FL. The reviews and a recommendation led me here and my fears were well founded. The salsa was actually quite good, but the chips were just ok as they were too thick. The enchiladas I had were just ok as well, the sauce was more like a gravy...very little flavor. The beans and rice were good though which was nice. Meat in the enchiladas was pretty decent too. Finally the margarita was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Still a margarita so I’ll drink it either way. But I wouldn’t recommend. Overall Food 3*Value 4*Drinks 2*

Quite possibly the best deal in town. Authentic Mex in a simple place. Food has great flavor. Service is quick. Dishes are well crafted and reasonably priced. Totally recommend.

Was expecting a great meal and it didn't disappoint!

Saw the building from the road and automatically thought this would be a great, non-domesticated, yet authentic place to eat mexican food.....indeed it was; absolutely delicious.

This is one of our favorite local restaurants to go to. The owner is usually sitting on the corner chair as you enter, and greets you. The restaurant has great food at reasonable prices and a very friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I had never visited before. We randomly picked this restaurant based upon reviews. Wow, it was amazing. Food was really good and they make a really good margarita!

I love Jalisco, the Chicken with rice and beans is great, Also fried chicken with salad. Great quality food.

I visit this place a lot since I work right next to it. I like how the customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot well organized regularly. Rates are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

Jalisco it's an authentic Mexican restaurant with delicious food and servers who frequently take siestas but for whatever reason The margaritas were two for one so we really didn't. The live music was nothing short of unique and completely entertaining. The patients were diverse and represented the neighborhood feel of this restaurant. The ambiance was the obvious it was not refreshed lately so I wouldn't recommend it for a first date. But if payday is still a few days away, you can't go wrong you may have figured out that I had a couple margaritas before I wrote this review, so take it like I take my tequila shots... With a few grains of salt.Seriously, it's probably one of the best two or three Mexican restaurants in South Florida. Go there quick!

Friendly staff. Good chips and salsa. Just wish they did not use rotisserie chicken as their chicken. Also wish they had queso cheese.

Very Good mexicane food

They have the coldest, most refreshing sodas I've ever had at any restaurant. The food is excellent and all, but i dreamed about those perfect sodas. Also, they make a great carne asada tampenquena, really good roast pork and carnitas. In other words, they are really apt at turning your digestive tract into a venue for a great culinary fiesta!

Authentic. The real Mexican in my neighborhood. There's another spot in OP, but I can walk here. Yum.

Delicious mexican food!

Today was Tuesday. Margaritas are 2 for the price of 1. Not only were they strong but very delicious. The food had so much flavor like grandma's cooking. The prices are good for all the food that was on my plate. All the waitresses we're very attentive & best of all they had a 2 man band playing old school new school songs! Definitely a place to go eat drink with live music.

Great food, very authentic. I've been to Mexico many times, Jalisco's food is much better. I loved it, and the prices are very reasonable. They also serve beer, wine, and cocktails. I recommend this place.

Finally another authentic Mexican food experience! Great Mexican food! The hot salsa is really good and maybe has habenerio. My new favorite Mexican in Soflo.
